Had a fantastic experience with Kei from Butler Garage! Highly recommended! This is THE place to go if you're looking to buy/tune/repair/modify any kind of motorcycle. They can do literally everything! I contacted him to source an Mt10 2018 for me in Bangkok, since I'm in Chiang Mai. He inspected the bike, dealt with the seller and then took it to his garage. I paid for the lvl2 sourcing so this included a service for the bike, aka changing fluids, checking if everything is alright and so on. I also had the bike tuned and custom parts installed. He then changed the bike into my name which is no easy task since it's in different provinces! I also let him transport the bike to Chiang Mai. Overall 10/10 experience, Kei is an awesome guy! ~ Felix T

My customer experience at Butler has been exceptional. My Thai is nonexistent, so having to communicated in English has been a real bonus. My initial experience of buying a bike, getting it serviced and registered was painless. Kei also helped me negotiate a discount, buy and register another bike that I got from somewhere else. His trackday service makes you feel like a MotoGP rider - all you do is show up with your riding gear and they do the rest. Transport to the track - when you come into the pits, you get off the bike and they take it from there - put it on the stands, tyre warmers on, fuel up, off with the warmers and holding the bike for you to get on when the next session starts - well worth it. ~ Tony H

I was referred to Butler Garage by a friend of mine. I needed to transport a bike to their garage from a location in Bangkok, have the bike inspected and have the necessary items repaired and then eventually ship the bike to Korat after transferring ownership of the bike from the Bangkok owner to the owner in Korat. Kei (Butler Garage) was very attentive to my requirements and picked up the bike the very day I called him. Three days later, the bike work had been completed but due to Songkran celebrations, delivery of the bike was delayed a little. Kei kept me updated throughout the whole process. Was looking for Triumph Tiger Sport 660. Commissioned Kei at Butler to check, negotiate and source it. Found a great one in Pattaya. Butler arranged all transport, transfers of ownership and new plates, did a checkup and service, fitted new brake pads, touring lights (Futue Eye*) and safety cameras. Delivered to my door. The service and knowledge is excellent. Great value. Saved a lot of time trying to look for a bike. *The “Future Eye” Driving lights are the best I’ve ever fitted to a bike. Switchable between low and high beam, white and yellow light, constant beam or flashing. The low beam focuses the light properly where they should be on the road without glare to on coming traffic. ~ M T

Thankful to Kei and the team for fixing my bike. Originally came asking to help me fix the high RPM problem. Kawasaki shop in Phuket tried to convince me that it’s an ECU problem and wanted to sell a new one. Turned out to be throttle body problem which needed rebalancing which official dealer doesn’t do. The guys fixed it within a few days and then run my bike through dyno. There were a few expensive things added on the top for free. Appreciate the speed of services and transparency. I do apologize for the miscommunication in the beginning and look forward to get a 600cc to race with you in 2025. Fantastic Service from Kei at Bulter Garage A++ I'd spotted a bike on Facebook marketplace which I was very interested in purchasing but unfortunately didn't have the time to view the bike myself as I'm based in Koh Phangan and the bike was in Bangkok. I contacted Butler Garage and within a couple of hours Kai had travelled across Bangkok to inspect the bike. He gave a thorough report back on the condition of the bike along with photos and also his opinion of whether or not it was a good buy. 30 minutes later Kai had negotiated a discounted price and the deal was done and the bike was off to Butler Garage for a service before being transported down to Koh Phangan. Just a few days later the bike has new brake pads, air filter and grips and is here in Koh Phangan with one very happy customer. I would 100% recommend Kei at Butler Garage for his very professional and honest service. If you're looking to purchase a bike in the Bangkok area these guys should be first on your list. ~ Ian W

I broke down with my bike near Don Mueang and was completely stranded. After searching Google for help, I came across Butler Garage and gave them a call. Kei answered immediately and was incredibly helpful from the start. Within 20 minutes, he arrived at our location, picked us and the bike up, and took us back to his garage. Unfortunately, the repair wasn't a quick fix, but Kei went above and beyond by offering one of his rental bikes free of charge so we could continue our weekend trip. The whole process was straightforward, hassle-free, and solution-oriented. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed everything professionally, and made sure we were back on the road as soon as possible. If you’ve spent any time on the motorcycle forums or FB groups, you’ve probably seen Butler Garage come up again and again—and for good reason. These guys really know their stuff and take pride in doing things right. Butler Garage is easily the best motorcycle mechanic in Thailand. They’ve been looking after my bike for over 5 years now. iNot only do they do a great job at maintenance, but it gives me peace of mind, that even if I have an unexpected issue in the middle of nowhere, they’re always available for a phone call to support or in worst case scenario, they’ll come pick you up, even if you’re 700km from Bangkok.🤘 ~ Riku P

I came to butler garage with a Ktm super adventure 1290 that had one of the aluminium oil mesh filters seized in place and the head of the bolt stripped from a previous mechanic trying to get it out. They ordered a replacement part within 1 day and managed to get the old one out all at no extra charge. This was a real life safer as it’s difficult getting Ktm services and parts in Asia! They’ve fixed and unclogged my bike. Bike runs like new now. The team is all professionals and I was positively surprised by the high quality experience, both in the communication and the work done. They really know what they are doing. Butler garage shop is a place for all thing motorbikes. Highly recommended! ~ bdaadventures

I came in with a very vague problem — something just felt off with the sound and power of my bike. They picked it up for free, checked everything thoroughly, and then called me to explain the situation. According to them, the bike was generally fine, apart from some worn parts, which I agreed with. That’s the kind of thing you only really notice if you own the bike and ride it regularly over a longer period of time. They didn’t give up on the issue though. Instead, they suggested an ECU flash that could improve both the power delivery and the overall feel of the bike. They clearly explained all the advantages as well as the downsides (mainly that you lose warranty — which wasn’t an issue for me). After that, they worked their magic. I got the bike back feeling completely different. It’s more agile, noticeably faster, and even the sound is much more satisfying. It’s only been about a month so far, but I’ve had zero issues — only improvements. They also took care of some routine work: oil change, brake pads replacement, replacing bent handlebars, and installing a better air filter. I honestly thought all the really good big bike mechanics were only in Chiang Mai, but I was wrong. Bangkok has this shop! ~ Daniel H
